The room was spacious and modern, featuring a lovely bath tub and clean bathroom. Positive highlights included excellent Wi-Fi and a range of TV channels. the service at check-in was rushed and lacked warmth, and I was disappointed by the £14 daily parking fee, which felt excessive on top of room costs. noise from events kept me from sleeping, ruining the experience.

Great stay with water views!

Had a nice time here! Our suite was huge and had a balcony overlooking the water, which was fab. Staff were super friendly and tried their best to help. Breakfast was decent, but it took a while to get seated, which was a bit annoying. Definitely enjoyed the cocktails at the bar too!

We stayed here with our two teenagers and loved the spacious room with a beautiful view of the boats. The hotel is just a short walk away from shopping areas and only 20 minutes to the stunning Cathedral. The welcome cookies were a sweet bonus!

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly dining options would be great.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner and breakfast at the Marco Pierre steakhouse, where the steak really impressed this self-proclaimed snob. I also found relaxation at the rooftop bar with its great view and cozy ambiance. The only minor hiccup was the shower door not sealing properly, but it didn’t dampen my overall good vibes after a nice stay! 🍽️

Delightful, delightful, delightful.

From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with a warm cookie that instantly made me feel at home! The breathtaking views of the Cathedral and marina from my King Room were absolutely stunning. Plus, the rooftop bar was the cherry on top of my stay – sipping cocktails while gazing at the sunset was simply magical!
