Recently refurbished rooms with a view overlooking the water and very caring staff, everything was fantastic. The breakfast in the restaurant was nice hot with lovely view of the cathedral. Friendly service was provided here.

The room was spacious and modern, with a lovely bath tub and clean bathroom. Positive highlights included excellent Wi-Fi and a range of TV channels. The service at check-in was rushed and lacked warmth, and I was disappointed by the £14 daily parking fee. Noise from events kept me from sleeping, ruining the experience.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a lovely location right on the waterfront and close to all shops and sites that Lincoln has to offer. Good selection for breakfast. Very friendly staff in all areas.

I enjoyed to be in this place. Everything was excellent, attentive staff, magnificent views of Lincoln castle. The room was new-fashioned, with extremely comfy bed and a shower and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Sensational breakfast to start the day. The hotel had an incredible location next to Ground Level.

poor lighting in the bathroom and bedroom, made it difficult to put make up on. There was no magnifying or shaving mirror. Waited fifteen minutes for a table at breakfast . The floor around our table was littered with food mainly fruit therefore a slipping hazzard. We had to wait for plates breakfast and then wait again for bacon. The serving spoon for mushrooms had been used for the beans which made it unpleasant.Not the standard i expect for the price we had to pay.

Just a perfect match for a weekend escape in Lincoln with high value for money. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful . Make sure to request a room with a view for a nice experience.
